Kim Hicks joined the Starkey Team after starting the Standard Products Division at MicroTech and transitioned into their VA/GVT department. Prior to that she held several positions including Customer Service Manager/Customer Service Training Manager at another major manufacturer where she worked for 21 years. The MicroTech VA/GVT department was combined with Starkey Government Services and she has been a Customer Service Representative with them since 2010. Her focus is on customer satisfaction.
