Ryan Owens

Ryan Owens serves as the Managing Director of Government Services at Starkey, where he leads the Government Services team supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, government agencies, and Indian Health Service. In this role, he oversees strategies and initiatives focused on delivering innovative hearing solutions, exceptional customer support, and meaningful outcomes for our nation’s heroes.

Since joining Starkey in 2013, Ryan has held several leadership positions, most recently serving as Managing Director of Sales for the Northeast Region. Throughout his time, he has built a reputation for fostering strong customer partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and championing collaboration across organizations. His leadership philosophy centers on understanding customer needs, empowering people, and delivering meaningful solutions that create lasting value.

Ryan is passionate about strengthening partnerships with government clinicians and healthcare leaders, while advancing Starkey's mission of improving lives through better hearing.
