Cassie Billiet, Au.D.

As Vice President of Education and Audiology, Dr. Cassie Billiet plays a vital role in supporting our commercial organization by providing world-class education and driving customer engagement through onboarding, best-in-class continuing education programs, and training initiatives.

Prior to her tenure at Starkey, Cassie spent over a decade as a clinical audiologist, gaining a deep understanding of the industry and the patient. Her passion for education and mentorship led her to join the global training team at Starkey where her detail-driven and collaborative mindset positioned her to be a true organizational leader.

In her role, Cassie focuses on developing and executing strategies to create dynamic, effective education and training programs for hearing professionals. Under her leadership, Starkey has achieved and maintained consistency across global training programs, strengthened customer satisfaction and product adoption, and supported customers in obtaining CEUs through ongoing training opportunities held each year.

Cassie earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Dakota.
