    All new Starkey instruments carry a full one-year warranty. This coverage includes:

    • repair due to internal component failure
    • repair due to visible or external damage to the shell/case

  • Extended Original Warranty Protection
    Program Details

    Extended Original Warranty Protection

    Before the original warranty expires, your patient can extend the original warranty protection by selecting the Worry Free Extended Warranty. Available only for certain brands, this coverage applies to instruments currently under their original warranty. Coverage includes:

    • repair due to internal component failure
    • repair resulting from accidental external damage
