Starkey Provides Expert Content for Canadian Hearing Report Supplement
MINNEAPOLIS, January 12, 2009 — Starkey is proud to announce that Eden Prairie and Starkey Hearing Research Center staff contributed to the Canadian Hearing Report supplement published in 2009. Topics included "Interaction of hearing loss with psychological, sociological, and cognitive behaviour," "Verification of prescriptive fitting through a hearing aid," "Improving water resistance for hearing instruments" and a message from Chief Technical Officer Tim Trine, Ph.D., who served as guest editor for the publication.
Along with Trine, Brent Edwards, Ph.D., Jason Galster, Ph.D., Elizabeth Galster, Ph.D., and Weili Lin, Ph.D., contributed to the supplement.
